Summary: This Flammang acoustic guitar was created by an artisan, David Flammang, who builds instruments with care and patience without taking shortcuts. It includes a skillfully crafted Spruce top for a balanced tone and projection while the Indian Rosewood back and sides provide a prominent bass response while maintaining bell-like overtones. It comes equipped with a K & K Sound handcrafted passive pickup. This amazing instrument will be prized from the first time you sit down with it and likely for a lifetime.

Cosmetics: This guitar has some regular play wear on the back of the neck and around the fretboard (See Photos Please). There are light surface scratches on the back of the body. The frets are in great shape with a ton of life left in them. There a couple scuffs in the finish near the input jack. The bridge has been reglued professionally. The K & K Sound pickup was installed by the luthier Flamming. Overall, this is instrument plays and sounds amazing.
Modifications: In 2019, David Flammang partially refurbished this instrument to optimize sound, removing a non-original undersaddle transducer, installing the K&K, and replacing the nut and compensated saddle.
Playability: Our in-house guitar tech has inspected, setup, and restrung this guitar with a new set of 12’s. The neck is straight, the truss rod is fully functional, and the action has been setup low and comfortable.
