Spector Euro4 LX Bass

Summary: The Euro4 LX offers all the features that have made the Spector name famous around the globe. Inspired by the iconic NS-2, the Euro4 LX features an extremely comfortable, fully carved body, neck-thru construction, and professional appointments. Each bass is crafted using premium materials including European Alder, North American Maple, and uniquely figured Poplar Burl. The Euro4 LX features a 3-piece Maple neck combined with a Rosewood fingerboard for strength, stability and sustain. These basses are then outfitted with a lightweight, zinc brass alloy bridge for spot-on, reliable intonation. As for electronics, premium pickups from Bartolini provide the exceptional clarity, attack, and silent operation that Spector is known for. This Euro4 LX has been upgraded with a Darkglass Tone Capsule preamp and a Hipshot Gotoh extender tuning key has been added. Body: European Alder with a slice of Walnut, European Poplar Burl top.

Neck: 3-piece Maple with Graphite Rods and a Rosewood fingerboard, 34” scale length, 1.64” nut width, 24 frets, brass nut, pearl inlays.

Pickups/Hardware: Bartolini pickups, Gotoh tuning keys (Hipshot Gotoh extender tuning key on the “E” string), gold hardware, Darkglass Tone Capsule preamp (original preamp is in the case), controls: Volume, Volume, Treble Boost, Bass Boost, Spector bridge.

Cosmetics: This bass is in excellent condition and shows very little signs of use. The face plate on the headstock has a couple light surface scratches.

Playability: Our in-house guitar tech has inspected, setup, and restrung this bass with a new set of strings. The neck is straight, the truss rod is fully functional, and the action has been setup low and comfortable. The frets are in great shape with no major grooves or divots from use and it plays beautifully up and down the fretboard with no dead spots or choking out.

Modifications: Preamp has been upgraded with a Darkglass Tone Capsule and a Hipshot Gotoh extender tuning key has been added.
